Terwijl ze beginnen te verkennen, realiseren ze zich dat het eiland al is opgeëist door de zussen Nancy (Seren Hawkes) en Peggy Blackett (Hannah Jayne Thorp), die hun eigen schip hebben genaamd de Amazone. Ondertussen is de mysterieuze oom van de zussen, Jim Turner (Spall), die in een woonboot woont en door de Walker-kinderen als een piraat wordt beschouwd, het doelwit geworden van geheim agent Lazlow (Andrew Scott).
Wanneer Jim gevangen wordt genomen, zetten de Walkers en de Blacketts hun rivaliteit opzij en gaan ze samen op een missie om te ontdekken wat er met hem is gebeurd. De cast bevat ook Jessica Hynes, Richard Bremmer en Harry Enfield.
