Sinossi Nell'anno 2707, le risorse naturali della Terra sono state esaurite dall'umanità. La battaglia infuria tra i soldati di quattro importanti corporazioni: Capitol, Bauhaus, Mishima e Imperial. Quando la violenza rompe un antico sigillo di pietra, i Necromutanti appaiono e iniziano a moltiplicarsi a milioni, distruggendo tutto davanti a loro.
Il leader delle Corporazioni, Constantine (John Malkovich), sta per abbandonare il pianeta e lasciare innumerevoli innocenti al loro destino disperato quando viene avvicinato da Fratello Samuel (Ron Pearlman), leader della Confraternita, un antico ordine monastico che offre speranza a il capo scoraggiato. Contro ogni previsione, Constantine incarica il fratello Samuel e altri soldati che la pensano allo stesso modo di salvarli dagli eserciti mutanti.
