If you're a fan of the Star Wars franchise, you'll love Star Wars: Rebellion. This epic board game pits the Rebel Alliance against the evil Empire in a grand game of cat and mouse across the galaxy. The Rebel team must work to build support among other planets and evade the Empire, while the Empire team must track down and destroy the Rebel base.
The game board features a map of the galaxy, with planets and systems familiar to fans of the franchise. At the start of the game, the Rebel player secretly chooses the starting planet for the Rebel base. The Imperial player must then search the galaxy to find and destroy it.
In addition to the large-scale gameplay, each side has access to leaders from the Star Wars saga, who can help sway the battle by taking on secret missions and living out classic moments from the original trilogy. The game also comes with over 150 plastic miniatures of iconic vehicles from the films.
Star Wars: Rebellion is a game for both players and collectors, and once you finish your first play, you'll want to swap sides and play again. The game is for 2-4 players, and each game takes 180-240 minutes. It is recommended for ages 17 and up. May the force be with you!
