Good product, well packaged. Unfortunately very poor communication. Was not informed of delays apparently product not in stock and apparently had to be brought in from supplier. Why not inform your customer, instead of the customer having to chase up on two separate occassions for the same order!? Poor. Expect to recieve your order significantly delayed or even be asked if you want to cancel after the delay...dont bother ordering if it is for birthday/or other time sensitive occassion look elsewhere... and dont bother being informed of delays by Yachew
