What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?

The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses can use to comply with their VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU with a value of up to €150 are subject to VAT. No additional VAT fees should be paid for the delivery of parcels in Europe under €150. For orders over €150, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Impressive smaller sized miniature.

Really nice miniature - the detail on the armour of the dragon is gorgeous. The saddle removes without too much difficulty, giving you the option of having the dragon with or without a rider. The wings are a little tight to fit into place, but at least it keeps them secure when fitted. The size of the dragon isn't clear from the pictures: it's a Young Red Dragon, so is much smaller than the imposing Adult dragons in the Icons of the Realms series. Even still, it's a great dragon rider mini, and one I'm looking forward to using in my games.

Amazing customer service!

I bought two Star Wars X-Wing expansions from Yachew. One expansion arrived damaged, but Paul from Customer Services was fantastic, quickly refunding me. I've got to say that Yachew's customer service is amongst the best I've encountered and I can't wait to shop with them again!
