Es entwickelt sich ein Kampf zwischen Nachwuchs und Vierbeinern um die Kontrolle über das Werkzeug, bis Normannengott Loki auf den Plan tritt. „Son of the Mask“ ist eine hektische Fortsetzung, die auf kurze Aufmerksamkeitsspannen zugeschnitten ist. 86 manische Minuten lang gleicht dieser verspätete Nachfolger des Jim-Carrey-Hits „The Mask“ aus dem Jahr 1994 Carreys Abwesenheit aus, indem er Jamie Kennedy als billigen Animator besetzt, der beim Aufsetzen selbst stark animiert wird (dank ununterbrochener computeranimierter Effekte). die alte Maske, die Loki (Alan Cumming, hübsch gegossen) gehört, dem nordischen Gott des Unheils. Wie im Carrey-Film verwandelt die Maske ihre Träger in cartoonartige Wirbelwinde selbstbewussten Gepolters, und dazu gehört auch ein kleiner Hund namens Otis und insbesondere Kennedys maskenbedingter Nachwuchs, ein frenetisches, seine Gestalt veränderndes Baby, das eher gruselig als komödiantisch ist, wie das von Ally McBeal Tanzender Säugling auf Steroiden und Geschwindigkeit. PS: achetez cette figurine uniquement ici, je l’avais commandé sur Amaz*n pour un peu moins cher pour au final recevoir autre chose et donc me faire arnaquer. Sinon super bonne expérience avec YACHEW je rachèterai sûrement.
