Dieses Stück ist den Seiten von Edgar Allen Poes Erzählgedicht „Der Rabe“ entsprungen. Dieser schwarze Rabe sitzt bedrohlich auf einem menschlichen Schädel und legt seine Krallen sanft auf den obersten Schädel. Seine Federn sind wunderschön geformt, um so realistisch wie möglich auszusehen, ähnlich wie der menschliche Schädel, der gealtert aussieht. Um seine Füße herum liegen kleine Rosen, die rundherum und auf dem Schädel verstreut sind. Unter der Rosengirlande ist eine goldene Krone zu sehen, vielleicht war der Besitzer des Schädels mehr als sie scheinen? Unter dem Schädel liegt ein aufgeschlagenes Buch, das durch jahrelangen Missbrauch gealtert und verfärbt ist. Auf die Seiten sind die Worte aus Poes „Der Rabe“ gekritzelt. Dieses aus feinstem Kunstharz gegossene und sorgfältig von Hand bemalte Stück würde in jedem gotischen Zuhause einen Ehrenplatz einnehmen.
