The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses can use to comply with their VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods. Amazing customer service!

I bought two Star Wars X-Wing expansions from Yachew. One expansion arrived damaged, but Paul from Customer Services was fantastic, quickly refunding me. I've got to say that Yachew's customer service is amongst the best I've encountered and I can't wait to shop with them again!
