Über den Künstler Fünftes Studioalbum der Londoner Psychedelic Furs, gegründet von den Brüdern Richard Butler (Leadsänger) und Tim Butler (Bass). Das Album wurde im Hansaton-Studio in Berlin aufgenommen und enthält eine ihrer größten Hitsingles „Heartbreak Beat“. Das Album wurde von Chris Kimsey produziert, der neben einer langen Liste anderer Produktionen vor allem als Mixer/Co-Produzent der Rolling Stones auf deren 70er- und 80er-Jahre-Alben bekannt ist. In den späten 80er und frühen 90er Jahren erzielte „The Furs“ mehrere große Chart-Hits in Großbritannien und den USA. Diese CD-Version von „Midnight To Midnight“ enthält auch die 1986er Version von „Pretty In Pink“.
