In der Gesellschaft der Schlangen Verkehr in klanglicher Katharsis. Ihre Musik bewegt sich an den seltsamen Grenzen zwischen Sludge Metal und ausufernden Spaghetti-Western-Partituren und strebt ständig nach gefühlvoller Kraft und roher Intensität, kontrastiert mit unheimlichen, kargen Instrumentalpassagen. Die 2011 in Denver, Colorado gegründete Band schaffte es schnell, sich einen Namen zu machen. In den folgenden Jahren folgten mehrere Veröffentlichungen und In The Company Of Serpents gelang es auch auf der Bühne, die Massen zu beeindrucken. Ende 2019/Anfang 2020 begann die Band mit der Arbeit an ihrem Album „Lux“. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es eines der beeindruckendsten Doom/Sludge Metal-Alben war, die jemals aufgenommen wurden. Die Band veröffentlichte das Album im Jahr 2020 in limitierter Auflage selbst, doch bald darauf erkannte Petrichor ihre überragenden musikalischen Qualitäten und beschloss, der Band die Möglichkeit zu geben, das Album weltweit auf CD und LP zu veröffentlichen. Es wurde ein Deal gemacht, die Hände wurden geschüttelt und nun müssen Sie sich alle dem bevorstehenden Untergang stellen. Die Musik von „In the Company of Serpents“ ist so intensiv, dass sie die Anziehungskraft eines Schwarzen Lochs nachahmt.

Amazing customer service!
