Lucha Wars ist ein Würfelspiel für zwei bis acht Spieler, das auf der beliebten Welt des professionellen mexikanischen Wrestlings oder „Lucha Libre“ (auch bekannt als freies Kämpfen) basiert. Das Spiel ist eine neue Variante mit neuen Inhalten für Luchador! Mexikanische Wrestling-Würfel.
Jeder Spieler wählt einen Luchador-Wrestling-Charakter zum Spielen aus und würfelt mit seinen Ringkampfwürfeln, um zu versuchen, entweder die Lebenspunkte seines Gegners auf Null zu reduzieren, um durch Knock-out (KO) zu gewinnen, oder den Gegner auf der Matte festzuhalten, bis er „gezählt“ hat drei", um mit einem Pin zu gewinnen.
Jeder Wrestler verfügt über individuelle Lebenslevel, pinnbare Level und Combo-Angriffszonen. Außerdem verfügen sie jeweils über eigene Spezialangriffe, die während eines Spiels durch Würfeln ihres Spezialangriffswürfels eingesetzt werden können.
