Last Temptation ist die neue Band um Gitarrist Peter Scheithauer (Killing Machine, Belladonna, Temple of Brutality) und Butcho Vukovic (Watcha, Showtime) als Sänger. Die Studioaufnahmen wurden von Bob Daisley (Ozzy Osbourne, Gary Moore, Rainbow) am Bass, Vinny Appice (Dio, Black Sabbath) am Schlagzeug und Don Airey am Keyboard (Deep Purple, Rainbow) begleitet und sie nahmen ein gleichnamiges erstes Album auf , Last Temptation, dessen Veröffentlichung für September 2019 geplant ist. Hinzu kamen weitere talentierte Freunde, die Bassisten James Lomenzo (White Lion, Black Label Society, Slash Snakepit) und Steve Unger (Metal Church) sowie der Schlagzeuger Stet Howland (WASP, Impelleteri, Lita Ford) für ein Album kurz vor dem Familientreffen. Das Debütalbum der Band ist in seiner Umsetzung eindeutig oldschool. Nach Bedarf wurden Overdubs hinzugefügt, aber das Endergebnis war laut Scheithauer „das Live-Feeling zu haben, das heutzutage bei vielen Aufnahmen zu fehlen scheint.“ Wir gehen ins Studio und proben, manchmal hören wir etwas, das großartig wäre, und das ist etwas Magisches.
