Jancek (1928): In dieser Zeit erreichte die Romantik ihren Höhepunkt, sank dann ab und endete mit dem Aufstieg der Zweiten Wiener Schule. Die beiden hier aufgenommenen Werke weisen viele bemerkenswerte Ähnlichkeiten auf, obwohl sie mehr als ein Jahrhundert auseinander liegen: Beide Werke haben programmatischen Charakter und stehen in direktem Zusammenhang mit literarischen Werken, in denen der Tod allgegenwärtig ist. Beide Werke sind ein direkter Ausdruck der extremen Emotionen, die der Tod hervorruft: Trauer, Schmerz, Verzweiflung und Wahnsinn. Taurus Quartett Vier talentierte belgische Musiker kamen 2012 zusammen, um ihr Musizieren mit den größten Werken des Kammermusikrepertoires zu erweitern. Von seiner ersten Saison an hatte das Taurus Quartett das Privileg und die Freude, sein Debüt in prächtigen Konzertsälen zu geben und mit renommierten Festivals.

Amazing customer service!
