Im Dezember 2020 machten sich The Wild Feathers auf den Weg zu einer vor dem Bürgerkrieg gebauten Hütte in VanLeer, TN, wo sich die Ideen und Lieder von Alvarado zum ersten Mal trafen. In der Vergangenheit sammelte die Band typischerweise gerne alle Stücke, die sie im letzten Jahr geschrieben hatte, machte ein Brainstorming, konzipierte sie und probte isoliert in einer Hütte, bevor sie ins Studio ging. Dieses Mal entschieden sie sich für ihr viertes Studioalbum, das Studio in die Hütte zu bringen. Die Jungs verbrachten eine Woche damit, zu jammen und zu kreieren, wobei sie die Möglichkeit hatten, die Auftritte festzuhalten, solange sie frisch waren. Alvarado wurde von der Band produziert und ist die bisher wahrste Darstellung von The Wild Feathers. The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses can use to comply with their VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU with a value of up to €150 are subject to VAT. No additional VAT fees should be paid for the delivery of parcels in Europe under €150.
