In 7 Wonders Edifice legen die Spieler ihre Differenzen beiseite und arbeiten zusammen, um majestätische Gebäude zu errichten. Diese Projekte sind viel zu groß und imposant, als dass sie von einer einzelnen Stadt abgeschlossen werden könnten.
Die Spieler haben die Wahl: sich an dem Projekt zu beteiligen, um daraus Vorteile zu ziehen, oder es alleine zu machen und die Konsequenzen zu tragen.
7 Wonders Edifice führt neue Interaktionen zwischen Spielern ein, ohne die Spieldauer zu verlängern.
