Scoundrels and soldiers band together to survive the onslaught of alien-zombies spreading across the galaxy in this riotous adventure from the bestselling game, Zombicide: InvaderA deserted R&D facility tempts the hungry new Guild, Leviathan, into sending a team to plunder its valuable research. The base was abandoned after a neighboring planet was devastated by an outbreak of Xenos – alien zombies – but that was a whole planet away... When the Guild ship is attacked by a quarantine patrol, both ships crash onto the deserted world. Only it isn’t as deserted as they hope: a murderous new Xeno threat awakens, desperate to escape the planet. Can the crews cooperate to destroy this new foe? Or will they be forced to sacrifice their ships and lives to protect the galaxy? Review “PLANET HAVOC is the best of all worlds –space adventure, military SF, snarky humor, and zombies! Tim Waggoner brings the pain and all the jolts in this rollicking action horror thriller!” -- Jonathan Maberry, NY Times bestselling author of the Joe Ledger thrillers and KAGEN THE DAMNED"This book brings all of Tim Waggoner’s horror expertise to bear on a fascinating, terrifying new adventure.Planet Havocis the perfect hook to reel you into the Zombicide: Invader universe." -- Cath Lauria, author of Marvel Heroines: Elsa Bloodstone"Waggonner seems to have written a love letter to some of the truly great sci-fi horror stories with this book, and fans of the genre are going to find a lot to enjoy here." -- Trans-Scribe"A definite most for a sci-fi horror fan as well as fans of the zombicide games. As usual Aconyte and Waggoner have managed to perfect tie-in fiction by keeping enough of the game lore there but making it their own as well." -- What You Tolkien About About the Author TIM WAGGONER is the Bram Stoker Award-winning author of over fifty novels and seven collections of short stories. He writes dark fantasy and horror, as well as media tie-ins. He’s also a full-time tenured professor who teaches creative writing and composition at Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio.
