The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses can use to comply with their VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU with a value of up to €150 are subject to VAT. No additional VAT fees should be paid for the delivery of parcels in Europe under €150. For orders over €150, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Unbelievably friendly and helpful service

The Funko Pops arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and inside a strong outer box.

However I'm writing this review when I normally wouldn't because of the way the staff treated me. Whoever I have been trading emails seem to be one of the nicest people you're likely to meet.

I have nothing but good/great things to say about this company because it has the two things I want from a story.
The first is knowledge of what I'm looking for so I can be extremely careful in what I buy and secondly - and most importantly - amazing customer service.

I've already put in two other purchases since I received this a few days ago which I would never do unless I really trust the store.

Order arrived. There was trouble on the fault of the post office. Yachew was really nice and was willing to help if the post office couldn't find the package.
