Marvel Champions is a Living Card Game (LCG) from Fantasy Flight that continues to grow with new content released roughly monthly. Unlike other card games, the content in Marvel Champions is not random and includes set cards like hero expansion decks and new villains and schemes. The game is cooperative and focuses on hand management. Each hero has their own unique cards, and players can use pre-built decks or create their own by combining cards from a general deck and one of four attribute decks: leadership, justice, aggression, and protection. The deck names accurately reflect the abilities of the cards.

In the game, players must use cards to pay for the cards they play, making them a crucial part of gameplay. Players can choose to build decks that align with a hero's character, such as a leadership deck for Captain America, or mix and match for added challenge. Villains also have their own decks and schemes that players must stop. Heroes can be in their heroic form or alter ego, and the villain reacts differently to each. Villains will attack heroes in their heroic form, but will continue with their evil plan if the hero is in alter ego form.

The game is thematic and provides a fun and challenging experience for players. The Ms. Marvel expansion deck adds the hero to the roster, along with 12 additional cards for the aggression, justice, leadership, and basic decks. Ms. Marvel is a unique character in the game, starting out weak but becoming a jack of all trades. She works well with other heroes who excel in combat.
