The concept is simple, just follow the 3 routines on the DVD which focus on the legs, abs and upper body, and include fat burning intervals to keep your heart rate up. Then be sure to exercise 3 times a week and eat 3 balanced meals a day. My Power of 3 workout suits all ages and levels of fitness and shows both the simple and advanced version of each routine. It lasts an hour but you don't have to do the whole thing in one go, you can always just do one section if that's all you've got time for. Plus I selected my favourite music tracks to work out to. So enjoy it - working out can be more fun than you think!

The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses can use to comply with their VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods.
