Arkham Horror: The Card Game is a cooperative game that can be played by up to two players, or up to four players with the use of two core sets. Set within the world of H P Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos, players will take on the role of investigators, each with their own unique set of skills and abilities represented by a deck of cards. The game is played through a series of adventures, which can be combined to form a campaign. As players progress through the campaign and purchase new expansions, they have the opportunity to customize their investigator decks to better suit their personal preferences and better equip themselves for the challenges that the game presents.

The Miskatonic Museum is the first Mythos pack in The Dunwich Legacy Cycle. It is one of six small expansions that continue the investigation that was started in The Dunwich Legacy Deluxe expansion. In this expansion, players will be tasked with helping their mentor, the sole remaining member of a group of professors who traveled to the secluded village of Dunwich to confront a terrifying creature. Armed with secret knowledge, the professors were able to triumph over the creature, but now all but one of them has disappeared. It is up to the players to help unravel the mystery of what happened to their colleagues and put an end to the threat facing Dunwich.

Please note that in order to play The Miskatonic Museum, players will need to have a copy of Arkham Horror the Card Game and The Dunwich Legacy Deluxe Expansion. The game is suitable for players aged 14 and up, and can be played in 30 to 90 minutes depending on the format. The player count is 1 to 4 players.
