In 'Zooter's Surprise' (from 'Jungle Junction'), Ellyvan attemps to deliver Zooter's birthday cake in one piece, while trying to keep the party a secret from the birthday girl. The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses can use to comply with their VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods.
