About the Artist
After topping the Swedish charts with her debut single in 1967, which sold more than 80,000 copies, Fältskog developed a career as one of Sweden's most popular pop music artists. 'Agnetha Fältskog Vol.2' is her second solo album. The first two singles from the upcoming 'Agnetha Fältskog Vol.2' album were 'En Gång Fanns Bara Vi Två' ('Once There Was Just Us Two') released in April 1969 followed by 'Framför Svenska Sommaren' ('Let's Hear It For Swedish Summer'). In November 1969 her second album was released accompanied by her highest charting single of the album 'Zigenarvän' ('Gypsy Friend') about a young girl attending a Gypsy wedding and falling in love with the bride's brother.
