The Cosmic Citizenship Council, a prestigious organization comprised of various alien species from across the galaxy, has announced that it will be accepting one new member into its ranks. This is a momentous occasion, as membership in the Council is highly coveted and reserved only for the most advanced and worthy civilizations in the universe.

However, due to an unfortunate filing error, the Council has only made one copy of the application form, so only one alien species will be able to join. In order to determine which species is deserving of this rare opportunity, the Council has decided to hold a duel.
